When you don't include a phone or email when calling POST /1-click.
How to Handle
Prompt user to enter a phone number and/or email address, and then call POST /1-click with that phone and/or email.
You Should Never Get This Error
You should always pass a phone number, email address, or both to the Verified API because 1-Click Signup does not work without them.
